1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Illegal Activities

Luci is a wellness and professional massage booking platform. Any illegal activity—whether committed on, through, or connected to the platform—is strictly prohibited.

Illegal activities include, but are not limited to:

• Human trafficking or sex trafficking
• Prostitution, solicitation, or any form of commercial sexual activity
• Child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment
• Harassment, stalking, or threats
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Money laundering
• Distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Violations of local or national labor laws
• Any conduct that violates Thai, U.S., or international law

2. No Adult Services Clause

Luci is a professional wellness and massage service platform, not an adult, escort, or sexual-service marketplace.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Requests for sexual favors
• Offering sexual services
• Inappropriate touching or sexual misconduct
• Sending sexual messages or photos
• Suggestive or sexual communication with therapists or clients
• Attempting to meet for sexual purposes using the platform

3. Mandatory User Compliance

By using Luci, users agree to:

• Act respectfully and professionally toward all therapists, clients, and staff
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided
• Use the platform only for legal wellness and massage-related purposes
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

4. Therapist Safety Protection Clause

Luci places a high priority on the safety of all therapists and service providers. Users are prohibited from:

• Inviting therapists into unsafe environments
• Blocking exits, locking rooms, or restricting movement
• Filming or recording therapists without permission
• Making any physical advances
• Attempting to contact therapists outside the app for inappropriate reasons

5. Client Safety Protection Clause

Therapists and wellness providers on Luci must:

• Maintain professionalism
• Provide services within their certified skill areas
• Follow local wellness and massage regulations
• Avoid inappropriate touching, communication, or requests
• Not contact clients outside the platform without permission

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Luci is a platform, not the employer of therapists or service providers. We are not responsible for misconduct by users or service providers, injuries arising from misuse of services, or loss/theft of property.

7. User-Generated Content & Objectionable Content Policy

Luci maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Users may not post, send, or share content that is offensive, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or threatening.

Users can report objectionable content using the in-app tools. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

8. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any feature of Luci, users confirm they fully agree to all the above terms. Continued use of the platform signifies full acceptance.
